WyoTech Daytona, FL Campus

Updated on January 16, 2012

WyoTech is a trade school that was formed in Laramie (in the state of Wyoming) in 1966 as a school for automotive mechanics and technology. Over the decades, WyoTech has continued to expand and has many specialized classes related to the racing-car industry. With the Daytona 500 being the Super Bowl of auto racing, then it is no surprise that WyoTech has found its way to the Daytona, Florida area.

The WyoTech Daytona campus is actually located in Ormond Beach, Florida. It has a full-scale teaching facility for classroom and hands-on instruction. Oddly enough, though, the automotive and diesel technology courses that WyoTech is known to offer do not even take place at the Daytona campus. This campus specializes in preparing students for jobs in marine technology and motorcycle technology.

Students seeking to build a career fixing and maintaining watercraft and motorcycles can apply for financial aid to attend the WyoTech Daytona campus. The process works like other technical schools, colleges or universities. You use federal and state financial-aid forms to determine if you are eligible for tuition assistance. If you qualify, then you may get loans or grants to attend WyoTech.

Note: Make sure you apply for financial assistance now so that the money will be available to pay your tuition. This way, you can start class without the stress of worrying about tuition money for your marine or motorcycle mechanical training course. Use the following contact information to get in touch with the WyoTech Daytona staff and start the process of applying for your financial aid:
