Once my case is dismissed does DYFS have the right to schedule a visit and request a release form?

I had a DYFS cased dismissed. But less then a week later the social worker called and said to close the case she has to come visit and wants me to sign a release for my son's school. I have the paperwork, judge said dismissed. Even at court after all parties agreed dismissed the DYFS worker wanted my husband to have supervised visits. The judge said they cannot add this once the case is dismissed. What rights do I have once the case is dismissed? I have also moved from NJ to NY. I do not want my sons school to be contacted again. Social worker already had release and said report was good
