   I have never read of a natural way but washing bedclothes and all in the room we be my first thing to do and I am sure for $5 or under a spray could be bought, a pharmacist cpould probably answer this one well.

   No need to fumigate--wash everything--everything in the washer and dry in a hot dryer.  Vacuum the mattress and box spring inch by inch and into every crevice--again and again.
   
   Check online to see what sprays are available.  I know they make mattress covers that are anti-bedbug--but again we are talking $$$

   I never dealt w/ bed bugs, & hopefully never will. if I ever did, I'd wash everything I could in hot water & bleach. mattresses could b professionally cleaned. if they couldn't b cleaned, I'd pitch & replace them if that was the only remedy.
