fear is a psychological association to phobias that are imprinted in our brain wave patterns.

Fear can also be caused by not understanding something.

Fear of what? There are many things to be 'fearful' of, some justifiably so others not. Fear of failure for instance is caused by the ego.

Fear, in itself, causes fear. The fear of the unknown. Because we have always wanted to stick to what is familiar, what we are used to.

Fear is caused by the unknown. If you get in a situation or a place for which you have no emotional, mental or even physical base or experience fear occurs. This is actually a defense mechanism our brains and bodies have to put us on high alert in an unknown situation.

A reaction in your mind that tells you something is of danger to you. Your body does this to keep you safe.
