Why many Hubbers do not read FAQs and ask question?

Hubpages website has a FAQ page where one can find answers to most of the questions related to Hubpages. But why many Hubbers do not read this page and like to ask questions in the forums and  question section?

This site is new to them and so everything is just sudden and scary to them and it's more comforting to be spoon fed information than to seek it on your own.

Well, majority of us felt it is faster by asking and could be lazy to read. Even me myself. Some of them assume which causes thing to goes south instead smile

Also, like what melbel said, agreed truly!

I am also guilty of not reading the FAQ page. I read it only later. However, I found that hubbers are very helpful. In fact, they offer us more detailed information and explanation. It is through their help that I began to feel the community here at HP.

well, for one maybe they are not informed about it...or two they don't share the common interest... or three they don't have time for it...

It's not laziness, but you do have to have time for FAQs.
In general, FAQs can come with various categories, headings and titles that can be divided, sub-divided and sub-sub-divided before you get to the answer you're looking for.
It's much easier just to ask the specific question you want, that way you get your own personal and tailor made answer.

Most of us humans ‘beings’ - we like to be treated with respect, we like to be treated as individuals, we like to feel special, we like to feel as if we're part of a group - we belong to a community - we're participants in something big, great and/or fantastic. FAQs do nothing to give you that sense of 'being' human, but the personal touch - your very own personal answer - gives us 'An Attitude Of Being'.

HP is in itself a phenomenon.
We can't contain our excitement to trawl through FAQs.

    Thank You!
