No. We still live in Malthusian space, so disease, food availability, water availability will all work together along with energy supply and space for shelter that limits our numbers.
Ultimately, however, it is limitless stupidity that is the human limiting factor. We are naive at best to build a world around constant and limitless economic growth for success, when we live in a finite world with finite resources.
Until population growth is artificially brought under control, many scientists believe we are set for a population 'correction' i.e. a crash.
