"Life is a game."  Name the game and share one rule that you play by, most often.

What game do you think of, when hear this quote?  What rule from that game can you apply to the game of life?.

"Sorry"--because I make a lot of mistakes and have to say it often.

The Game is called "Staying true to yourself".

And the rule: When you've reached the point where you don't even recognize who YOU are any longer, you're losing the game.

Game: baseball.  Rule:  Be your own umpire--allow yourself as many strikes as you think necessary.

    Well Dora,

In Yoga philosophy we call it exactly that. A Lila (Leela), meaning a divine game. While God the omnipotent knows His plans, He is nevertheless constantly changing and shaping His plans on the journey of Self-Transcendence.

What rule can I apply? Only recently I was reminded of my teachers instructions: Prayer, meditation and ceaseless self-giving, only to the Supreme in humanity.

When we can truly see it as a game, it becomes less painful. Still, this requires a one-pointed devotion and ceaseless love of God, accompanied by an unshakable faith. So in this Lila, I try to accept, offer gratitude, and strife to offer myself as an instrument in the hands of Something Higher. Naturally this perfection-road is very long, but it is richly rewarding. Hope this helps. Happy Easter!!

Poker-but you don't get to know if or what the wild cards are until the time comes for you to use them; all bets are high stakes but if you play your cards right you just may break even. In this life that's called "winning."

The game I'm thinking of is The Game of Life. Take your chances by the turn of the wheel.  Actually I am really thinking how great it is to play this game on purpose with the purpose to WIN!

Yes. Right up to a point, say the wise ones until we come to realise that it is actually to love for love's sake and serve for the same reason.

The game I think of is soccer, andthe rule from it that can be applied to the game of life is:  You must not recklessly injure any other player in the game.

I think of Snakes and Ladders.  Those who would like to have eternal life must climb everyday, a step higher to the light and truth; the enemy will prevent us, but try, try and try again with God's help, is the way to getting home safely.
