I loved your approach to how you handled the education of your children. The early years are TRULY the most important because it is on that base foundation that they build the skills to tackle the rest of their lives.
I agree Sadie that it is nice that there are options out there with regard to educating children. Home schooling is hard work for the parent and takes much time & dedication. Many more parents seem to be taking on that job.
I am thankful for the choice too, Sadie. I think that is what America is suppose to be, a land of the free. It seems like each way I turn our government is trying to mandate and take away our options/choices.

It certainly would take dedication on the part of a parent to homeschool...but how very satisfying if done correctly! By having a more "hands on" approach, you can also cut out some of the negatives found in public schools. Drugs, gangs, etc.
