Do you ever feel that you really aren't good enough?

Is there a situation or circumstance that triggers this feeling of not being quite good enough? What is it? Could you describe it? Are there certain people involved, or job situations? Is it a feeling you get in social situations or is it some deep insidious insecurity that creeps over you, randomly? How do you deal with it? How do you get over it? What (action or thought) makes you stop feeling that way?
