Do you think that the rate of entropy is effected by speed and behaviour of an obeject or person? Meaning that will entropy be slower or faster when acting upon a given body?
Theoretically - not /Speed is a property of motion and entropy of heat (energy transfered form one to another by thermal interaction) Entropy can only be described by comparison of energy and temperature/ Practically - yes=high speed - high entropy
