Do You Think Letting Go Is Better Than Holding On A Problem Or A Concern In Your Life.
I would say it depends on what the concern is. Sometimes we hang on to things that make us miserable when there is nothing we can do about it. We need to let those kinds of things go by the wayside. However, if one has health concerns, or some other situation that will require action, letting it go can be tantamount to burying one's head in the sand.
