I'm not sure what you mean by "equally divisible" but I'm going to assume you mean rational number. The answer is no. The value of pi is and has always been the same irrational number. The number system used to represent it does not change its value.

I mean, it had a finite number after the decimal point. It didn't just keep on going and going. I'm not a math guy, I was just curious.
