      Sadly without admin support all too often your hands are tied. It's such a shame that a person would invest their energy into causing others grief.

   Right now there is not a Federal law that prohibits cyberbullying, but most states have laws and policies against this. Here is a clickable map you can click on to find out what laws or policies your state has in effect, and what you can do:

   It may be best for you to deal with it yourself.  One way cyberbullying is easier to deal with than face-to-face bullying is that you can bring the whole thing to a halt by paying ZERO attention.  Do not accept the person's comments, do not respond, and make no indication this person even posted on your hub or question.  Cyber bullies thrive when they have an audience; deny them this, and they quickly lose interest.

      No 1 seems to be "GETTING IT"  They don't post comments on my hubs or ?s.  They also contact me on other sites.  As far as I know this is the ONLY site that allows this stuff to happen and it doesn't care how many reports they get on these ppl..

      Perhaps then you should boycott the site.  If enough people do this, the company will either have to pay attention or shut down.

      I'm afraid I don't, so I was talking off the top of my head. I suggested that because, seeing you are on several sites, you probably won't miss just one, especially if it's causing you grief. Perhaps you can replace it?

      I agree with you there! In that case, I really believe following my suggestion to pay ZERO attention will do the trick. I was approached by a troll only once. I did this, and never had another problem. Do the same with private emails, and elsewhere.

      Don't you think that I have already tried this several times?  Some of these ppl are relentless.  The only way to get rid of them is to ban them.  I had ! do that years ago and followed everyone that I folled and folloed me everywhere.  HP baned them

      It can be hard to get rid of a troll if you respond to them even once. Since you've gotten rid of them before, it's best to keep rejecting their comments, but save them and report it to HP. HP may be overwhelmed now, but they should respond eventuall

      They are not the same ppl.  I had to resort to almost calling the police on them.  That was was a friend who turned out to not be a firend.  He was also very religious.  The person now doing it is doing it to others here.  UR NOT geten it either.

       I'm afraid you're right, there's something here I don't understand. I'm used to criminals who get in your face, so cyberbullying doesn't intimidate me much. Hopefully, the other two who wrote hubs can help you out. Good luck!

       I am a Turkopticon moderator, and sadly I've seen many trolls such as this; in fact, I am a target since I am a moderator, and have had it happen myself. Luckily, I have admin for support to remove commenting, and limit their attempted interactions.
