I am a big advocate of improving your intuition with minor changes to your daily life. Here are a few:
- Get in the habit of spending a small amount of time every day alone, in a quiet and comfortable space, where you can tune into your own thoughts. Ask your intuition questions, and begin to learn how it answers you. Answers might come as words, visions, feelings, physical sensations, recurring thoughts, or dreams.
- Create a vision board of images and words that inspire you.
- When facing a difficult decision, first reflect quietly on the matter, then try writing about it or drawing. You may be surprised by what you create.
- In general, your intuition sends you a message that you are doing something right when you feel happy, giddy, inspired, and powerful. Likewise, it is sending you a warning when you feel anxious, restless, uncertain, grumpy or full of dread. The goal is to have maximum joy, and minimum sorrow - your intuition will guide the way!
