   I dont think that you always have to control anger, it is natural to be angry in some cases. Anger can be due to compassion and in that case it is a positiv anger. The anger that one could or should control is the unjustified anger. The only way there is some self control.  Try and analyze if anyone benefits from your anger, is it really necessery here and now?

   Look at the brighter side.  For every negative there must be a positive.  Anger is an expression so as long as it doesn't effect anybody else negatively, express it.  You don't have to express anger through violence or abuse.  You can focus the emotion to create something positive such as a new hub for example.

   First, remember that the emotion, anger, is your reaction to an outside stimulii, how you can react is you choice, and yours alone, no thing or no one chooses for you.
   Do not be attached to emotions, be aware of them, watch them arise and then let them go.

   Taking a deep breath is an easy way to calm your nerves and reducing anger. Don’t speak while you are angry. Not only you should not speak, also learn to listen. Pay attention and try to understand the point the other person makes.
   
   If you release forgiveness you will no longer have reasons to angry to someone else. You can then focus on positive ways to solve the problem. so learn to forgive.

   Anger can be, and often is, the influence of demonic spirit(s). Command anger to go away. Proclaim that you do not want anger. Tell it to go. Here is an example:
   
   "Anger, I don't want you. You are not my friend, and have never been. Leave now, and never return. Go and never come back. Whatever right you had originally, I break it and remove it. You have no right. I plead the blood of Jesus over this anger, and every evil thing associated with it. I want nothing to do with anger, control, violence, rejection, depression, condemnation, or any kind of dark powers or principalities associated with these. By the stripes of Jesus I am a healed. In Christ Jesus, I am an overcome in all things. So, by the redemption power of Jesus, you have no right to be against me, so I command you to leave and never return."
   
   Anger will make a comeback attempt. Be sure to command it away each and every time you perceive it.
