How important do you think it is for a child to practice KS 1 SATs papers/tests before they actually do the test at school. I know that the KS1 is marked by teachers and used purely as a guide to ascertain the predicted level of a child later in their educational life so am wondering whether I should encourage my child to practice/revise for these tests a little or not.
