1.Sing along-have some favorite songs Sing along in the car, in the house, outside..but maybe not at work
2.-Paint,Sculpt,Build even if it is Crayons and watercolor Art,has a way of Diffusing a stress bomb
3.Cook, No I don't mean Mac N Cheese Create a One-of-Kind Dish of your own or alter a recipe to fit your taste
4.Play a game..From Crossword Puzzles or a Pc Game like family fued or a board game like monopoly
5. Plant a garden or a flower in a vase, water and watch it grow
6. Go to the mountains, Oceans, or lakes and just enjoy Nature
7.Make a Scrapbook of your kids, your pets, your ancestry or anything you would like
8.Spring/Fall Cleaning..clean out that closet..or basement/attic it does wonders to clean things up
9.Exercise this has been proven to decrease stress levels and it is good for you
10.Call up a friend or family member just to say Hi and talk about old times
11.Share in your kid's world and use your imagination and be a pirate with them(you know like pippi longstocking)If you don't have children borrow someone' else's nieces and nephews such.

20.Do something for someone that doesn't take money just time or used items you have, like babysit for someone you know so they can have a nite out, or give away that baby stuff you have been trying to sell for 6 months. Kindness to others is a great way to lighten your heart.
