Asturias (Leyenda) for Classical Guitar by Isaac Albeniz - Videos, Sheet Music and Tab
Asturias (Leyenda) is one of the most famous pieces written for Classical Guitar. It was written by the Spanish composer Isaac Albeniz (1860 - 1909). Many guitarists do not know it, but the piece was originally written for piano. The first transcription of the piece to guitar was made by the legendary guitarist Fracisco Tarrega. It is part of Albeniz's "Suite Espanola". Here is a video of the legendary guitarist Andres Segovia playing the piece. Free sheet music and tab are at the end.
