Beautiful Arab Women 3

Beautiful Arab Women 3

This is my third beautiful Arab women article, and this one, like the last, has a lot of singers.
Actually, I think they are all singers.
Though some do a little acting....

Singer Hind (Hend) was born on May 5th, 1979 in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
Famous musician Anwar Abdullah was the one who gave her the nickname “Hind” (her real name is Suhair).
Her first album, Rabeie El Galb, was released in 2000.
She has released three more albums since then, "Hind 2003" (2003), Al Ghroob (2005) and Hind 2008 (2008).
The 2008 album Hind contained songs that were sung in Khaleeji, Lebanese and Egyptian dialects.

No not "Queen Latifah", although they both got their name from the Arabic word which means soft, gentle or sensitive.
This Latifa was born Latifa Bint Alayah Al Arfaoui on February 14th, 1968 in Manouba, Tunisia.
Her first album, Andak Shak? (What are you doubting in?) was released in 1985 and she has gone on to release more than 20 albums and singles.
Latifa has also tried her hand at acting, appearing in the 2001 film, Sokoot Ha Ensawwar and the 2004 film Hokom Al Roa'yaan.
In 2007 she appeared as herself in the Arabic version of ER.
I didn't even know there was an Arabic version of ER.

If beauty and culture were the dominate themes of this world, these women would certainly be ascendant.

Yeah...I tried to figure that out.

The only thing I could think of was that maybe other cultures don't allow their women to be "publicly displayed".

Of course I could be totally wrong.

They really are beautiful. Many people wouldn't appreciate the beauty of other people from different countries or cultures. But there is more than the beauty of the way they look. We sometimes forget the beauty of their music, their plays, and their country. Great hub.

sabrebIade, well i have to say we/ women and lebanese women are beautiful LOL~just had to LOL about it when some said most of the women here are lebanese LOL. (half lebanese here speaking) and i say it is not because "not all cultures allow their women to be publicly displayed" it just differs from culture to culture. And women are free to do whatever they like here in lebanon, after all it is a free country! Some of the women here are beautiful and most also have nice voice. I have to salute you for you not only joined beauty but talent as well :D

Great work, and i am off to read your other hubs :D

THumbs up!
