Celebrities Without Makeup On

Updated on June 1, 2011

The Hollywood Secret

Now to start things off, I'd like to remind everyone that this isn't a celebrity bashing event. I simply like to find out the truth about anything and everything that is handed to me as a lie. Why should we assume that celebrities are these super-human people who get up in the morning looking effortless with perfectly groomed eyelashes? We assume their superiority (at least in aesthetics) because duh! that's how they are presented to us. Be it advertisements, tv, movies or magazines, celebrities are shown as almost perfectly-looking human beings.

It's funny when I hear that people go into plastic surgeon offices demanding this celeb's nose and that celeb's cheekbones, when in reality those very coveted body parts are created by make-up artists, photographers and photoshop editors! I simply like revealing to folks that celebrities aren't perfect, and achieving perfection is impossible.

On that note, these are plenty of celebs who I feel look *amazing* without any make up on at all! I guess envy is where envy deserves credit right? No need to start hating on the beautiful for no reason! Let's get started!

THIS IS JUST PART I GUYS & GALS, STAY TUNED FOR PART II!

Alicia Silverstone

In my honest opinion, I think this Vegan cutie looks perfectly fine! I guess we are what we eat!

Angelina Jolie

I also feel that Ms. Jolie pretty much looks like herself. Maybe a little less on the striking features but still gorg!

Goldie Hawn

Let's give Ms. Hawn a break, she is in her 60's!

Gisele Bunchen

Gisele looks exactly the same to me in both pictures! It pains me to say it but... no make-up pictures don't lie, she IS as beautiful as we all thought!

Britney Spears

I absolutely LOVE Britney Spears, however, I feel she is one MAJOR celeb poseur with the hair and make up!

Final Words

I guess what I've discovered for myself on this journey is not that celebs are naturally hideous without make-up, but that without all the glitz and photo editing, they look like normal people! There is nothing wrong with looking the way we naturally look! What an obvious revelation!

Stay tuned for Part II, featuring Kim Kardashian without makeup and more!
