Though still young, they're already breaking into the world of celebrity. There seems to have been an abundance of "stars" that were born in 1988: musicians, actors, and children of celebrities trying to make names for themselves. Here's a list of the people I've found, but new stars emerge all the time. Please comment if you know of any more!
Haley Bennett, born Haley Loraine Keeling, is an American singer and actress who first starred in Music and Lyrics (2007), in which she sang several of the songs for the soundtrack. She has been in two other Warner Brothers movies since then: College and The Haunting of Molly Hartley (both 2008). She was born on January 8, 1988 in Naples, Florida.
Nicole Margaret "Nikki" Blonsky is an American singer and actress. She was received a Golden Globe nomination for her lead role in the musical-turned-movie Hairspray (2007), where she performed alongside Queen Latifah and John Travolta, among others. She was born on November 9, 1988 in Great Neck, New York.
Emily Jane Browning is an Australian actress who first starred in Lemony Snicket's A Series of Unfortunate Events (2004). She went on to star in Sucker Punch (2011) as Babydoll and has won numerous awards for her acting. She was born on December 7, 1988 in Melbourne, Australia.

Rupert Alexander Lloyd Grint is a British actor who grew up in the public eye as Ron Weasley in the popular Harry Potter (2001-2012) movie series.
