I Love Lucy Television - Lucy and Viv take Shower

I Love Lucy was one of the most popular television shows and in all it's various versions the show was always rated in the Nielsen rating system in the top ten. The show had several names and was owned by several business entities but it always had Lucille Ball as either the star or one of the stars.

One of the all time favorites was the 1967 live television show entitled "Lucy and Viv Put In a Shower". During this show Lucy almost drowned while the live show was on and no one in the audience knew there was something terribly wrong.

Lucy was stuck underwater and could not breathe. Finally Vivian realized something was wrong and pulled Lucy to safety, making up lines all the while until Lucy could catch her breath and go on with the show.

Nice post, but you need to know that this is not, "I Love Lucy". This is "The Lucy Show" where Lucy worked at a bank with her loudmouth boss, "Mr. Mooney". Which is funny because I knew this show and was never exposed to I Love Lucy until the early 90s.
