Classic integration, "Steppenwolf's 'Born to Be Wild' with the "Easy Rider" opening

symbiosis, when two things come together.

Sometimes you have an integration of sound, music, video content and image that becomes iconic. This short video clip with the music, motorcycles, Dennis Hopper (who directed this I think) and Peter Fonda, cruising in the southwest in the sixties or seventies, is classic.

You also get a viewing of the credits for the movie; interesting in themselves, with the actors, producers, etc.

The faded color, the clothing, the feeling of freedom, the open air, the rebel spirit, the leather, the 'not wearing helmets', come together with a hard rock classic that typifies a period in our history which had turmoil, questioning, distrust of authority, and instability.

In some ways, not so different from today. Enjoy.
