Dear Mr. Hopsin - This one is for you

Source

Hello Hopsin,

I wrote an article recently about your most recent song known as Ill mind of Hopsin 5 (link to article), and I submitted it here on hubpages, I truly hope that you dig the article. I selected your song as my favorite rap song for 2012 thus far, because I feel that it was incredibly awesome, it appealed to all of my senses and peaked with me on the level of realness as well as connections to life it possessed.

For myself I'm just an ordinary guy like yourself and I enjoy writing articles, I'm also into web design today, and one thing for sure I've never sat on my butt to only doing nothing with my life, as you mentioned in that cool video that many young folks today are all about.

I really do work hard as ever on these articles, and so it was something I had to write & of course this letter as well I felt compelled to write for you. I believe your new approach to creating rap music and lyrics will change the rap game for sure, manly because your becoming such an inspiration to us normal folks, who are simply sick and tired of all this superficial gimmicky man made stuff in this world, both on the ground and online, as you also spoke of in your music video.

With all the people worldwide doing so much harm to one another, like what happened in Aurora Colorado recently with the senseless murders, and teenagers being so irresponsible like never before these days, we need this sort of original music your generating and creating to help wake people up even if it comes off kind of harsh as you deliver them on Youtube.

So I would just like to say thank you for being yourself, and for never caving in to the peer pressure out here today entirely, also for maintaining your cool as well as integrity as a successful music artist in the hip-hop industry.

Success comes to those who work dilligently & relentlessly

What you've accomplished thus far in your own pursuits of self made web success and success with your music today is highly commendable, and its not because of attracting so many fans, I feel this was because what your music is projecting has meaning behind the words that you put out towards the youth of today, and anyone who chooses to listen.

I see that you want people in general to wake up, and snap out of their dream, and to begin to become responsible for themselves, just as good parents would wont them all to do in terms of young teens and their nonsense behaviors, childhood pregnancy, drug dealing, drug addictions, and much more. Many conscious rappers have tried to wake people up in the past, but many have failed, so I hope your cool technique does the job because its not only conscious but also sounds trendy and rough like any hard core rappers out there.

The difference is your one of them yourself, and so they listen to you, because you been through what they are currently going through, and can relate. I myself been through a rough life as well, and I won't bore you about it all, because you already know the stories.

Showing gratitude using social networking powers

Like I stated in one of my recent comments to you, I'm sure of it we will meet some time in the near future, as long as god allows such an occurrence to happen.

Hopefully this message gets to you soon, and on that day we meet it will be history in the making for sure, because like you I have been changing lives as well, and digitally too. Keep lighting up the tunnels here bro, I will continue to support your efforts for sure.

I write professionally for a online writers network known as Hubpages, where editors here write official articles about anything that is worth writing about, and so as soon as I seen your latest song on facebook, I had to write about it, and all relevant resources I used for your content comes from Wikipedia, and has been properly attributed to you and those of their web editors.

As a online writer I have been through a great deal of learning thus far in just 11 months, and one things for certain, many of us writers surely have our way with words, and pure thoughts is our means of communicating to the world so I understand how tough it must have been for you to become a new age rap lyricist, and to get your own career jumping off.

Below I provided here your recent Facebook quote, for all of the world to see what real words you have outside of the music arena, and the link provided will take folks to it on your Facebook fanpage, and profile timeline. I hope more people get to see that being real is truly worth it, and being fake is going down the drain today.

A screen shot of the the real time Quote, about 2 hours ago from the publishing here

Hopsin's new famous facebook Quote!

"I see a lot of rappers who don't have much going on in the underground. I think one of the reason is because they are constantly making music to impress other rappers, instead of making music that your everyday person can relate to. If you want a good following, then you gotta realize that a majority of the people in this world don't rap and they wont understand your "lyrical anatomy, strategy, passively, smash mc's" rap music. It wont hurt to tone it down a LITTLE. but it will hurt to keep it turned up 24-7. just because you learned how to body slam someone doesn't mean you gotta do it in EVERY fight. Sometimes you may just need to elbow a motherfucker to make him get the point." written on facebook by Hopsin himself, on August 31st 2012.

My response to his awesome Quote on his FB post

Hopsin's quote that I submitted above, has a powerful message for many rapper worldwide and also for us all, and so I wrote decided to write back to Hopsin on his timeline in response to it and my quote was this, "Harsh but true words, by a modern day new age Rap Philosopher, you my friend are on that other level, known as the ordinary guy level, what a genius you are to maintain your cool when the entire world has simply gone off the Richter scale with everything, as its most unfortunate for folks today. Hopsin you are one outstanding Renaissance dude! indeed. Cheers to your web success, and some day our words will meet and potentially join forces. You can check out my stats on hubpages if you like, I'm known as the Cloud Explorer on it. Until then keep educating folks, because the world surely needs more people like you in it, and more people to wake up out of their dormant deep sleep their in." This is where it all started for Hopsin, he worked hard on his music

The truth about social sharing today

The reason why I submitted those two comments onto this article, is because far to many people on the web are out to simply spam one another, on FB timelines, postings, news feeds, etc....

There's nothing wrong with sharing stuff, but to bombard a persons fan page with irrelevant content and the likes is outrageous in itself, and people don't realize that it gets us all no where by sharing so unfairly, and so people who mean well simply can, and have been getting ignored entirely due to such unfair acts of abusive postings, commenting and spam responses.

If you noticed I shared no link, or no reference to a specific web page on your post Hopsin, and I left it up to you to communicate with me there on your FB inbox. This is normal and fair behavior online, and hopefully others can see such, and learn from it today as they read this article I wrote for you, and for them. This is so important to write about also, because of the fact that you've become a role model to many young people looking to get themselves known, and this is also why I've chosen you in particular to write about here for the second time.

New Update! his recent video has hit 7,000,000 views, amazing!

Rappers music isn't my kind, only because I'm to old for it.

Maybe If I was a kid today I would enjoy it.

Voted up, awesome and interesting, Joyce.

Mike,

Awesome tribute to an awesome rapper. I recently became aware of him, actually like two weeks ago. He seems like a down to earth honest guy! He has some great stuff, and your tribute is right on! Thanks Mike!

Thanks @writer20, for the cool comment here, I use to not like rap either many years ago when I was much younger (When I was around 19 years old or so), but what changed it all for me was on the day the rapper Biggie Smalls, had gotten murdered, and so I was inspired to learn how to rap.

Maybe someday I can create a cool video for hubpages to display such talent I have grown to admire, and develop myself.

Hey thanks for returning Mundane once again, yeah I hate the cold weather when it comes to running or any sports for that matter, but I do love snow boarding though in the winter time, that I did pick up years later after learning to skateboard in NYC streets as a young dude.
