Friends - Where Are They Now?

From 1994 to 2004, Friends had 10 great seasons and gained many many fans. Seventeen years later and the fans are still here, watching whatever Friends re-runs they can. Many have now also tuned into the highly-anticipated Friends Reunion special that aired on HBO Max. It brought the cast together again for the first time and featured many celebrity appearances.

Jennifer Aniston played Rachel Green.

Since the show, Aniston has had major success. She has starred in many movies, including Derailed, Rumor Has It, Friends With Money, The Break-Up, Management, Marley And Me, He's Just Not That Into You, Love Happens, The Bounty Hunter, The Switch, Just Go With It, Horrible Bosses, Wanderlust, We're the Millers, Cake, Horrible Bosses 2, Office Christmas Party, Dumplin', Murder Mystery, and Murdery Mystery 2. She can most recently be seen on the series, "The Morning Show," which airs on AppleTV. She co-stars with Reese Witherspoon.

Courteney Cox played Monica Geller.

Since the show, Cox has been in several movies, including The Longest Yard, Barnyard, Zoom, The Tripper, Bedtime Stories, Mothers and Daughters, and Charity Case. She has also had recurring roles on the television series Dirt, Scrubs, Web Therapy, and Drunk History, and she appeared in an episode of Shameless. Her most notable role aside from Monica on Friends was that of Jules Cobb on the show Cougar Town, which she starred.

Lisa Kudrow played Pheobe Buffay.

Since the show, Kudrow has appeared in the movies Happy Endings, Kabluey, P.S. I Love You, Powder Blue, Hotel For Dogs, Paper Man, Bandslam, The Other Woman, Easy A, Neighbors, The Girl on the Train, Table 19, Long Shot, Book Smart, and Like a Boss. She also had a recurring role on the TV shows The Scandal, The Comeback, BoJack Horseman, Grace and Frankie, Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt, and Human Discoveries.

Her most notable roles have been as an actress in the TV series Web Therapy and as an executive producer on the show Who Do You Think You Are.

Kudrow most recently appeared in two Netflix series, Space Force and Feel Good.

Matt LeBlanc played Joey Tribbiani.

Since the show, LeBlanc has starred on 3 TV shows The first was his spin-off of Friends, simply called Joey. Joey Tribbiani moves to Los Angeles to pursue his acting career. LeBlanc was then on the show Episodes. He was most recently cast as the lead on CBS's Man With a Plan for 4 seasons.

He also appeared on Kudrow's show, Web Therapy.

Matthew Perry played Chandler Bing.

Since the show, Perry has appeared on several TV shows, including Scrubs, Studio 60 On The Sunset Strip, Children's Hospital, Mr. Sunshine, The Good Wife, Go On, Cougar Town, Playhouse Presents, Web Therapy, The Good Fight, and The Kennedys After Camelot. He was also in the movies The Ron Clark Story, Numb, Birds of America, The End Of Steve, and 17 Again.

From 2015 to 2017 Perry had a show of his own, called The Odd Couple, where he starred alongside Thomas Lennon.

Sadly, it was reported that Matthew Perry passed away on October 28, 2023, at 54 years old. Though the actual autopsy will take a while to complete, the initial reports indicated he may have suffered from cardiac arrest while in a hot tub, leading to his drowning.

David Schwimmer played Ross Geller.

Since the show, Schwimmer has been in the movies Duane Hopwood, Madagascar, Big Nothing, Nothing But The Truth, Madagascar: Escape 2 Africa, John Carter, Madagascar 3: Europe's Most Wanted, The Iceman, and The Laundromat.

He appeared in several episodes of Web Therapy, played Robert Kardashian in American Crime Story, and played 10 episodes of Feed the Beast and seven episodes of the rebooted Will & Grace. You can see him most recently on the show Intelligence. It was made exclusively for NBC's new Peacock app.
