Its Her, Its Him

by Chuck RitenouR

verse 1:

When he walks into the office, she's standing in the aisle
its gonna be a perfect day, he's just seen her smile
She's got a ring on her left hand and there's one on his
But something in their life is missing and they both know what it is

chorus:

Its her, its him
she's given him the fever and the ice is getting thin
every night, she dreams of him wishing he was there
Its him, its her

verse 2:

Once in the elevator, she looked into his eyes
and now when she thinks about it makes her warm inside
he felt his voice tremble as he said its been quite a day
and the memory still haunts them for the things they didn't say

chorus:

its her, its him
he's given her the fever and the ice is getting thin
every night, he dreams of her wishing she was there
Its him, its her

Bridge:

He wants to take her in his arms and kiss her soft and slow
She wants to shout it from the roof tops so everyone will know
and all it takes is courage for this comedy to end
its her, its him....its her, its him.

end

Some day I would like to here you sing. You must give me your schedules of where you perform and the places. I am not that far from you, just up I-81 near the first exit into WV.
