Oakvale: Knights in the White Room

The title of this one is a metaphor for a doctor. The song really speaks for itself when that first part has been explained. It's a profound song with a lot of heart and one of the very few that I do more a rap-esque style than sing. It's still very fun and here is a link if you'd like to hear what it sounds like. You can listen to the song while you read the lyrics!

(Verse 1)
Wandering through this hallway,
all time has been forgotten.
My mind is in such a haze,
and it feels as if I've lost something.

(Chorus)
Why must it be me to suffer, this poor state I've been set under,
all my life I only wanted happiness.
Why must it be me to suffer, this cruel state I've been set under,
all my life I only wanted was to live and be free.

(Verse 2)
Lying silent, every day,
losing hope, I've lost my way.
Words of solace, are drowned out,
my thoughts, are far past doubt.

(Chorus)
Why must it be me to suffer, this poor state I've been set under,
all my life I only wanted happiness.
Why must it be me to suffer, this cruel state I've been set under,
all my life I only wanted was to live not be shunned and die, die, die, die.

Why? Whhhyyy?

My Heart Goes Out to Them

If you have someone who spends their time in a hospital then this song is dedicated to them. Regardless of the reasons, no one likes hospitals. They're... too clean O.o You are more than welcome to share this with them. Since we're a rock group it might be a little harder than some people can take so if you do decide to show them I hope it doesn't cause them to get any worse. That would be terrible. Either way, I send them a get well blessing and hope they can find their happiness.

I hope so too. I've found that music is part of my life now and I'll be in on it for the rest of my days.

Got to that link, great guitar sound, coolness.

I once lived with a bunch of buddies that played in a band and always love to hear their progress, 10 years later they still play, hope you do too.
