Lady Luck

Alphabet " L " is a beautiful letter.

It signifies Lady, Love, Luck (success). All that a man desires!

Luck is usually associated with a Lady, who symbolizes love and success to a man.

For all the above reasons, a Lady is worshipped in many countries. Although, when that lady brings mis-fortune, she is not spared!

Myths and dis-beliefs are at it's peak when luck is needed. Little do we realize that Luck is partly dependent on our destiny and partly on our actions. IF we are quick to sow the seeds then shall reap the benefits accordingly. Now, if the lady comes into the picture then; the woman is either lucky or unlucky to be the benefactor.

Alas! Man has touched the moon and brought about a revolution but, he still depends on his lady and the luck she might bestow on him.

Lady, oh! Lady,

You are so fortuitous;

Luck is your akin.

You bring good fortune,

And called blessing in disguise;

Bad luck; a mishap.

Man gets mesmerized

by Lady, Stroke of Luck, Triumph

Makes her pawn to win.

She is a Woman

Daughter, Wife, Mother

Not promise for LUCK.

Interesting and very true, really. Lucky ladies had really better be lucky because if the charm wears off - well don't they always have an unfortunate end?

Clever Ruchira! And beautiful poem too!

Since luck and fortune has been associated with a lady even bad luck or misfortune has been associated with her.

Your poem very strongly negates that thinking. Beautiful poem.

Voted up and beautiful.

Aha Lady Luck, what can i say?

Is she real or does she just come out to play?

Lady Luck is good when you win

But losers soon learn on her you can't depend.

Cheers my good friend Ruchira..
