Who is Ludacris?

Born on September 11, 1977 with the full name of Christopher Brian Bridges, Ludacris is a popular rapper and actor. He has won awards for both of his acting and singing abilities. These include awards from the Critic's Choice, Grammy Awards, Screen Actors Guild and MTV. So far, Ludacris has released seven rap albums. These are Back for the First Time, Word of Mouf, Chicken-n-Beer, The Red Light District, Release Therapy, Theater of the Mind, and Battle of the Sexes. An eighth album called Ludaversal is set to come out in 2012.

Ludacris is also an accomplished actor. Although majority of his film appearances were minor roles, he delivered meaty performances nonetheless. Moviegoers will probably remember him most for his appearance on Crash, the 2004 movie by Paul Haggis which won Best Picture at the 78th Academy Awards.

New Year's Eve (2011)

  • Directed by Garry Marshall, New Year's Eve is a romantic comedy film in the tradition of Marshall's previous film, Valentine's Day. It chronicles the lives of several people in New York City on New Year's Eve.
  • The film stars Jake Austin, James Belushi, Halle Berry, Jessica Biel, Robert de Niro, Zac Efron, Jon Bon Jovi, Abigail Breslin, Josh Duhamel, Katherine Heigl, Ashton Kutcher, Lea Michelle, Michelle Pfeiffer, Hilary Swank, Sofia Vergara, and so many others.
  • In the film, Ludacris plays a character named Brendan.


No Strings Attached (2011)

  • Directed by Ivan Reitman, this movie is a romantic comedy film about two friends (Emma and Adam) who make a pact to have casual sex without having to fall in love with each other.
  • The film stars Natalie Portman as Emma and Ashton Kutcher as Adam. Supporting cast includes Cary Elwes, Greta Gerwig, Jake Johnson, Mindy Kaling, Kevin Kline, and Olivia Thirlby.
  • Ludacris plays a character named Wallace, a friend by Adam.
