Perspectives of the Pessimistic

Have you ever met one of those people that can find something negative to say about everything and anything, regardless of the object-benefit or brilliance of what is at hand? This hub is written from that type of persons perspective, in reference to real-estate property, and a description of what it is, that is being sold, offered and received- if you should in fact decide to purchase, Ocean Front Property in Alaska?

Picaresque View- A Dime A Dozen!

Although at first glance, this property appears to have a picaresque appearance, you must not allow yourself to be fooled. All window views in this area are beautiful, you must make sure to consider what else you are getting when you decide to sign on the dotted line. Allow me to show you around this Ocean Front Property.

Sound Machine Guarantee

Although many of us enjoy listening to a sound machine at night to induce a productive sleep, you must keep in mind that this location has a built in sound machine, which is not equipped with the latest ON/OFF functions as today's newer models. We have had numerous experts visit the location and each have come to the same conclusion when asked about removing this feature from the property. All experts assure us, that this is a permanent fixture-and comes with a lifetime guarantee. Ensure that you thoroughly consider this before making your final decision.

Flower bed needs a lot of attention!

Flowerbed Up-keeping

As for the front yard landscape, there is potential but only if you are willing to put endless hours of hard work into catering to the area. Flowerbeds have been neglected horribly and will need a green thumb and TLC to be tamed and made to flourish once again. Come prepared to work if you decide to settle on this property.

Backyard Troubles

You will see this property advertised as having a running stream through the backyard. Although this is true, there is once again- much catering which is needed to make this backyard acceptable for gatherings. Storms have brought deprive to the stream and created a damn that even a beaver can not compete with. Heavy equipment and long hours will be needed to contain this mess.

Plant Life has grown a bit out of control

Wild Plant-life Advice

There is no way of denying that the weeds have grown out of control. Some have even stated that it has a mind of its own. To train this wildlife to do what it is you want to give you the most optimum window view will take dedication and time. Do not assume that regaining control over the wild plant life in this area will happen overnight. Experts predict this will require years of dedication and attention.

Someone's junk- left behind

The Mess that was Left

Unfortunately, past owners felt little need to clean up the area before they moved. This has left rubbish throughout the property. We do greatly apologize for this inconvenience. We are just as disappointed with the previous owners as you are.

Weather Projections

Early morning, is not a time you will want to explore the area. Fog tends to be dense, which has a tendency to disable ones ability to see with clarity, or to be visible by others. If you have the need to be up and out in the early morning hours, please plan for delays, they are inevitable.

Transportation Arrangements

Another grand problem with committing to this property is the limited options for transportation. We feel the need to warn prospects of this, due to the fact that you will need to accommodate to the schedule that is already in place.

On the surface life looks great but when you uncover it all you have to decide if it is what you are looking for...Although the pictures present a seemingly great visit it all depends on the perspective of the camera person...cheers

Hey Holly, even with the pessimistic content(writing), I still found too many positive things about this particular property. I guess it's my optimistic view which isn't capable of being reversed by pessimistic words. Great pictures. On a side note- I would live in that location even if it was paid for by someone else for me. I would sell the property and use the money to buy another location. LOL!

Absolutely awesome pictures. I could live there happily - looking out of your window would be an automatic mood lifter. There's too many positives to think of the negatives. I like your approach, it made me smile. Up, funny, awesome, beautiful, and interesting.
