Singer Jitendra Joshi

Jitendra joshi was born on 27th April 1962 to Mr.Chunilal Joshi and Mrs.Shardaben Joshi in the city of Gujarat, Nadiad. Jitendra Joshi performed on stage for the very first time at the age of 16 when he joined Orchestra SAREGAMA , he on stage to sing Late Mukesh’s popular song “ Awara hoon..” from the film AWARA.
Than on, he accompanied with many music group for his various singing assignments. He spent his childhood in Gujarat and did his schooling at Sharda Mandir, BasudiwalaHigh School, Nadiad,Gujarat and his Graduation From I.V. Patel Commerce College, and L.L.B. From LowCollege, Nadiad. ( GujaratUniversity). He always gave due importance to academics and was a topper at school.
He worked as an actor for many full lenth dramas like “ Aa Bairi Ne Shu Kahevu..?” and one act plys like “ Motao Murkha chey..” In his teenage years, he participated in several Music and Drama competitions and won them all.
Since 1979 He performed Lead roll in full length Drama “AA Bairi Ne Shu Kahevu...?” by Rangam Theatre, Nadiad.
In 1989 Jitendra Joshi and his musics lover friends set up “Young Melody Group”. Its called young melody because young means all the singers and artists are young and melody means sweet, so its name keep “Young Melody Group” But in 1997 “Young Melody Group” is marched in Orchestra “SAREGAMA”.
His performance is good and he had became a famous person in those days, so within two or four year he got one chance to go abroad for stage show. He is very talented and very unique artist and singer. But only Indian or Gujarati guys know but nowadays foreign people know that.
Than after he had never stayed in India because he always in tour for stage shows not only India but also in foreign countries.
In 2007 he has been set up with his family in Canada permanently but he had been able to perform in any other countries….
