These songs compiled are some of the best I have discovered for cleaning the house. They are all up-tempo, high energy songs that make you get on your feet and keep you moving.  They encompass a wide variety of musical genres and styles.  The whole list rounds out at a little less than an hour (54:58), enough time for you to get a good amount done if you just plug in and tune out.  I have marked the songs that have explicit content in their original version with an asterisk. That was great! I always need music to get me pumped up to clean the house - these could definitely do it.

I like this! I usually listen to inspirational stuff - like Andrea Bocelli and other opera and gospel is really good too - but I like your choices!

thanks mega1. I like Bocelli and some chopin and bach if I am taking time to smell the roses, but thats hard to do with rotting food in the sink! Thats why I need these guys.

Dosters: As a music lover, I see a really good collection of music to clean my apartment by. Old time rock and roll would wind me up no problem, the apartment would be clean in no time.

Now -- to get them on continuous play --- I suppose if I ever learned to use the MP4 player I got for Christmas 2008... Yes -- TWO YEARS AGO.
