Letsie III, - (born David Mohato Bereng Seeiso; 17 July 1963), holds 3,034,948 hectares of Lesotho, including the country's diamond mines. King Letsie is in his second term being the Monarch of Lesotho, as in the past has been replaced by his father while in exile, then one year later, he rose again to the throne after his father died.

Queen Elizabeth is by far the largest landowner in the world, ranked in the second context, King Abdullah, has about 12% of land area that the Queen owns.

Well, the queen doesn't really count. She doesn't technically own the land. She can't sell it.
