Synopsis: Six human clones, aka replicants, escape an off world colony and arrive at a very futuristic Earth. A retired ex-cop, Rick Deckard, is brought back to terminate them.
Fact: The city was originally going to be named San Angeles as though San Francisco and Los Angeles melded. The idea was picked up and used in Demolition Man.
Trivia: Joanna Cassidy had no problems wearing a Burmese python snake around her neck because it was hers. Her pet snake is named Darling.
Movie Mistake: Zhora puts on high heeled boots after her shower. During the chase they change to flat heels.
My Take: What a great cult classic film that everyone should see at least once. With films like Avatar and others with massive special effects Blade Runner holds up with the best of them. I fell in love with Daryl Hannah during Blade Runner, she kicked ass.
