Method Man is an American rapper, actor and record producer from Staten Island, New York. Method Man is also a member of the famed Wu-Tang Clan. In 1994, he released his debut album, "Tical". Method Man is known mostly for his collaborations with friend and fellow rapper, Redman. The two would form a duo and release their debut album, The Blackout in 1999. Method Man has appeared in many films such as Belly, How High, Garden State, Soul Plane and Red Tails.

Method Man was also the only rapper to be featured on The Notorious B.I.G's debut album, "Dead or Alive" and the only MC to work with both Biggie and Tupac during their lifetimes. In 2012, The Source placed Method Man on their Top 50 Lyricists of All Time, a well deserved spot for such a seasoned MC.
