This series ran from May 2012 to August 2014 on Colors TV and starred Drashti Dhama as the "Madhubala" of the title, and Vivian Dsena as Rishab Kundra aka "Superstar RK," a leading Bollywood actor and producer.

The plot of the show is somewhat complicated. It's about Madhubala, a girl born on a film set who works as a beautician. While working, she falls in love with Rishab Kundra,a famous Bollywood actor. Once they get together, the series takes a big time jump, to focus on their daughter, also named Madhubala. Qubool Hai or Qubool Hein is an Indian TV serial that airs on Zee TV in India and GEO TV in Pakistan. It is one of the most famous and popular serials to ever air on Indian television.

The story centers on three characters: Asad, Ayan, and Zoya. Zoya is an American Muslim who comes to India and stays there to find her father. Asad is a quite traditional man who dislikes Zoya at first, but eventually falls in love with her. Their marriage is thwarted by Asad's childhood friend Tanveer, who wants to marry Asad for his money. Ayan is Asad's brother, who also has feelings for Zoya. The drama and surprises make this one of the best Indian TV serials.
