Trip to the Beach 2011

It has been a while since I have loaded any articles and I keep trying to push myself to do it. But alas, I let other things get in the way. More to come.

In the mean time, I hope someone can get enjoyment out of the beach, as I did. My apologies for the limited number of photos. I forgot to charge batteries and only had a mostly dead set to work with.

These were taken at Burfoot Park in Olympia, Washington.

Oh, and comments are always appreciated.

Finding Your Roots

Quite the sight to see roots of a tree this big sloshed about by the water.

The Woman

I looked out at the sound one last time, camera in hand about to shoot. Suddenly a soft, strong breeze curled up the beach and waved this woman's red shawl and hair in such a stunning display of humanity and nature combined. Then I got THIS shot. :)

Thank you. Glad they could bring some peace. The beach is very centering for me as well.

My son is on the way to the beach and I am envious, Your pictures helped sooth the green cat. There is nothing more centering than the beach.
