There are a lot of festivals that take place around the world each year but the one that sparks the most interest of all is the electric daisy carnival which is a music electro festival that happens in the southwestern part of the united states during the month of june. First began in southern california in the year of 1997 and it went on till 2010 but then because of the death of a 16 year old due to an overdose of heroine the event was moved to Las Vegas in 2011.

During the years the electric daisy carnival has become more and more popular amnong crowds of people that like to party in these type of raves. The following is an estatistic of the number of attendees that went to the electric daisy carnival by year from 2009 to 2011

  • 2009 = 130, 000 people attended ( Los Angeles)
  • 2010 = 185, 000 people attended (Los Angeles)
  • 2011 = 240,000 people attended (Las Vegas) -2011

Moreover the electric daisy carnival was first started in 1997 at the shrine expo hall the name "Electric daisy carnival" came from an Imsomniac partner by the name of Philip blaine. Some of the places that have participated in hosting the electric daisy carnival were the los angeles memorial coliseum, exposition park in los angeles, national orange show events center in san bernardino

queen mary events park in long beach in long beach, lake dolores waterpark in mark lapro barstow. Moreover the famous electric daisy carnival in the past has sold out places with over 30,000 capacities and has multiplied to rowds of over 100,000. For te 2010 Los Angeles event which was considered to be one of the hugest electronic music festivals not in Europe it obtained the proud nickname of " America Ibiza " by its followers. Later on he evet went to Colorado and Dallas, Texas after that Puerto Rico had its first festival in 2009 going on all the way to Orlando Florida in 2011 and the New York carnival lasted for 3 days.
