I hope I can help, but I do fear that that would entail contacting HubPages on your behalf to ask them to give an exact reason why they removed your "The Girl from Impanema" from HubPages, and I think they would rather answer that question if it came from you who wrote the hub. Have you asked them to supply you with a detailed reason for the removal of the hub?
I don't recall that I read the hub or commented on it, so it is difficult to try and see what it is that HubPages may deem a violation of their rules.
I honestly had not heard of the song before, although my boyfriend had, and we went and looked on the Internet just now, and on Wikipedia - where it is called "The Girl from Ipanema" (no "m" as in Impanema) we see that the heirs of the composers of the song are very fussy about copyright, and that they sued even the girl who the song was dedicated to, for starting a boutique that she named after the title of the song.
I really cannot think why HubPages would remove your hub if you were simply telling the story behind the song, showing a video, or whatever.
If you did have too many word-for-word duplicates (I can't see the hub so don't know, and then would also have to do research on other articles related to the topic to compare them) then I guess HubPages did that research or used a tool to check for percentage of duplication, and they could have removed the hub to protect their site from copyright issues.
My thoughts here are just thoughts and I feel I am unable to help you get your hub republished. Apologies. I suggest that you try contacting HubPages again to ask why it is they removed the hub and if they could please offer suggestions on what you can change in it, to get it through moderation next time you publish it on HubPages.
If I had a site where writers could submit their writings, and there was an article that could possibly get me in trouble for allowing it to be published on my site, I would remove it too - but I do think I would also let the writer know why I removed it, and especially if they wrote to me and asked me why I removed it.
I hope these thoughts have somehow helped you know what to do.
