If You Had Time To Grab One Thing Before A Wave Hit What Would It Be?
There are so many things that I would consider, but I have to say the first thing that I would grab is something to float on LOL
I am sure it woulf be hope for God's intervention to save everyone in the path of the wave. And it would not be the first time because in real life God saved my family in a way that was comparably just as bad. God Bless You.
I would just grab some flotation device, such as a boat. (Although I don't know anyone who keeps a boat in their house.)
I have to say pets. Everything else can be replaced at another time.
I live in japan, and when march 11th came and went for that first week there was a high alert and warning that another major earthquake would be experienced in the tokyo area. Me and other expats walked around with our passports in pocket.
If i were back home in Miami. I would probably take my photo album.
Besides the obvious- children and pets. I'd grab my photo albums. I learned that from Hurricane Katrina; lost a lot of memories.
My family. Everything in possession can be replaced but not my family.

What would you do if a family member only contacts you when they want something?Would you keep a sibling at arm's length if they exhibit a pattern of contacting you only when they want something? Why or why not?
