This may not be the way you intended to phrase your question, so the obvious and most  appropriate tongue-in-cheek answer is that I have to agree with zzron:  I have always found women attractive and since I turned 40, with steadily graying hair ( lucky to have any hair at all) , I find them even more so!

As a side note:  Self-confident, intelligent, funny women with any hair-color are always attractive and ones with graying hair even more pleasurable to be around, as they have had enough experience in life to be interesting (which I find attractive) vs  bleached blondes whom I find silly and tells me they don't have enough self-confidence to show who they really are - so what else are they hiding?

Any man, at any age, who rates female attraction, based on her hair color, deserves what he gets.  I have a rant blog re: strong willed women - I may have to do a re-write and add a passage about the value of gray hair...

I am a male over 40 with gray hair and some women find me attractive, just as I find a number of women with gray or even white hair attractive.

I'm 43 and seems like women are more interested now that I have gray hair.
I don't know if it's the hair though.
    Maybe they notice the maturity.

Are you asking, do   gray haired men over 40, find women attractive?   Yes, the marital license stats, reveal that they do............so does the " partying" and the paterenity lawsuits.

Are you asking, do men, find women, over 40, with gray hair,  attractive...........enough of them do.

But, if I am over 40 and gray haired ( which I am), I am also independant, financially secure, educated, well armed,  established, own my own home,( no,  it is not the result of a divorce settlement)  my own auto, and quiet frankly..............the last thing I need is another man messing me up.

I'd much rather everyone stopped dying their hair, and be themselves. We all spend far too much time and effort trying to be something we're not.

Yes, I definitely find some women over 40 attractive, and having grey hair doesn't make any difference.

I am guessing that you want to know if 40 year old + men find women their own ages attractive.  I sure hope so. I am pushing 50. My hair color changes like a mood ring. (If you are over 40 you should know what that was.) My energy level equals that of a snail and my back rebels at the slightest movement.

I have not stopped living. My grandmother lived to be 98 years old. I love getting out with the horses, dogs, rabbits, and chickens. I still feel like I am 17. When I look at men, I don't consider their hair color or lack of hair period. What I want to know is can he make me laugh and feel good.

Men are no different from women. Some are shallow pigs who only see the surface of a potential partner. Some are enlightened lovers who understand that the term lover has little or nothing to do with hair color. It has to do with living life to the fullest and having a wonderfull time with someone who justs GETS you.

Depending on the man's previous life experience. But if it is sexual attraction, to be honest, he would choose a young woman. Sexual attraction is only momentary. If it is love, gray hair will not reduce the attractiveness of women. this is just a thought.

When I was 40 I certainly would not, BUT when I was 50 I was definately be very interested. Strange thing though at that time my wife dyed her hair into a deep reddish brown colour, I was still very interested though
Now at my age and in my condition it wouldn't matter what colour her hair was.
If I was able I couldn't be bothered.

    Hi,

    i don't think so ..
age doesn't matters ...feelings have no limit of age..
    isn't that true??
    Thanks

I think the feeling doesn't depends on age limit & any man of 40 years and up can find women attractive if the man is young from feeling!

I don't think the dynamic here is gray hair, at least not for me.  If I find a woman without gray hair attractive odds are I would still find her attraction with it.  While I feel hair can be one of the sexier things in a woman's arsenal, I even wrote a hub about it (a poem), so many other things are even more important.  Still, gray hair in itself can be very attractive.  So, my answer is a most definite yes!

Yes I find women with gray hair attractive. But hair color isn't the whole package. It is not the color of hair as a feature that I find attractive, but what 'hair' adds to or detracts from. I can get going on this subject, but honestly it is like this for me. When approaching a women from the front I look to the eyes. From behind I watch the walk. Both of those include hair which accents. From the side how her head is carried and her hand(s). D*** now I sound chauvinistic.
