Forrest Gump, Love Actually, Cast Away are some of the good movies.
I loved Shawshank Redemption and the Green Mile, Bridget Jones Diary. I love old weepy movies too and my favourite one is Madame X.
Mary and Max, if you've never seen it. Blade Runner and Goonies are two of my other favorites. I could go on and on... pick a genre. :)
The Professional, Immortal Beloved, Lost in Translation, Fargo, The Big Lebowski, Notting Hill, Wild at Heart , just a few of my favorites.

Although it does leave one or two really important parts from the biblical account out.
If you are looking for ever time hit movies try Shwankshank Redumption and Godfather series. Or if you are looking for latest moviesX men first class, Kungfu panda 2, Hangover 2 etc are good
