Of course it's wise to make a "Bucket List". Not in some Jack/Morgan kind of way, but in the way that you know what you'd like to do before you die and know that time is infinite although your life is not. A Bucket List is not so much a list of "to do's" as you call it, but more of an acknowledgment of life and death. We all have things we'd like to do, and in an effort to organize and realize these dreams a bucket list would come in handy. Start with things you want to do most, form a budget/plan on how to do it, and then embark on your journey. Life is what you make it and there's no one to stop you but yourself.
So, yes. Make a list. Don't worry about not achieving everything on it, instead, live your life to the fullest and have no regrets. See the Eiffel Tower, the London Bridge, the Taj Mahal, whatever your fancy may be, and don't let the fact that you have everyday mundane stuff in your way.
Best of luck mate.
