I agree that she should of been a little more careful but does she have the right to private to privacy considering she is a royal or is she fair game like the rest of us.
Not knowing British Privacy Laws, I can't comment intelligently on her "rights". I will say however, were this to happen in the U.S. to Michelle Obama, it would be hard to sell the "expectation of privacy" argument while sunbathing topless outside.
There should be a difference between being in the grounds of a secluded, private villa and being on a public beach. Even public figures should have some private life. However, she was naive to expect this to be the case.

I don't think this was done on purpose, It was the paparazzi who were probably a mile away when they photographed her.
