Whatʻs wrong with using the word "Creator" instead of "God"?

Critics of the new movie "Noah" are arguing that lead actor Russell Crowe should have used the word "God" instead of "Creator". They say that the King James version of the Bible uses the word "God" and "Lord" and that the movie takes too much creative license.

You got it. I guess theyʻd rather see Russell Crowe quoting from Bible text. Seems like a silly argument that, as you say, misses the point.

Itʻs interesting to hear a screenwriterʻs point of view. When I heard about this controversy, I wondered how the screenwriters for the movie felt. Your comment was enlightening.
