I'd go with Curly. He seemed to have the funniest one liners.
Moe was the leader and mostly serious while Larry was like a middle child trying to please or fit in and he was most often abused by Moe.
I was never a big fan of Shemp. Although Moe, Curly, and Shemp were brothers in reality. The chemistry was better when Larry Fine was in it with Moe and Curly. When Shemp was in Curly was out.
Curly suffered from a stroke in 1946. They brought in Joe DeRita who became "Curly Joe" but he was not funny as Curly Howard.
