The other day, I watched the movie “Pleasantville” for perhaps the third time. I never really realized what a truly meaningful movie it was. It told how two teenager siblings were transported into a 1950s Black and White sitcom and how they discovered that being colorful and different is not only beautiful but desirable as well.
If you have seen this movie—what were your reactions? If not, then take a look at it.
I know I saw it a long time ago but honestly I remember very little about it except for the Black-and-White -changing-into-color special effects, which were pretty hot stuff at that time.
