   A show on Showtime based on King Henry the 8th life and 6 wives!! I just recently got into this show and now I am addicted!! Love it! The Sex, Drama, Costumes, and Action!! I really hope they give the show an Emmy, it deserves it!

   I've watched all of it so far, I'm just waiting for the last season to come out. I was hoping that it would continue to Queen Mary and then to Queen Elizabeth before ending, but even if it doesn't its still good.

      I agree they should conitnue on with the show, but  this season is really good so far, so much drama and its only the first two episodes!

      I'm trying to convince someone to buy it for me for Xmas! (I live in Australia)
      I am a big fan of Anne B. and have read all the books I can lay my hands on about her and Henry's other wives as well as the religious side involving the split from the Catholic church. I want to see the series!

         Oh i hope someone gets them for you because the series is truly amazing! I to love reading all the books about King Henry and his wives and this series is all about that! Season 1 and 2 are with Ann B but especially season 2

   My wife is obsessed with that show. It sounds like a porno half the time it's on. Maybe that is why she watches it so often.

   I love the series, partly because I've studied/taught the Tudors. One problem I have with the show, however, is that Henry never ages much. By the time he married Katherine Howard, for example, he was 49 and obese. And why do they have Henry Fitzroy dying as a little boy? Fitzroy lived to be 17 - old enough to marry Mary Howard. Like UW said, there are more inaccuracies, as well.
   
   The series does seem to capture the wives' personalities well, however, from all I've read about them.

      Totally agree with you on the not aging part, i mean they should have at least made him gain some weight, but for some reason they think adding facial hair is all they need to do to make someone age 30 years, lol

    I love the show, nevermind the historical inaccuracies. It is a good drama. The characters are well developed, the acting is superb and the art direction is very good. I will miss it when its gone.
