it seems that nicolas cage has struck a deal where he will be reprising his role as johnny blaze aka ghost rider after all in the sequel aptly called "Ghost Rider: Spirit of Vengeance." How do you feel about it? Good? Bad? Don't care? Please discuss.
yeah, i agree. i thought they created a pretty bad a** ghost rider in the first film, but it seemed like the villains were portrayed rather weak. i hope they up the ante in the sequel this time around.
I dislike it when franchises change atcor half way through, it's one of the reasons why the "Hulk" movies have suffered. But I can make an exception when it comes to "Ghostrider" as Cage was part of the problem. He's too much of a fan of the comic and appears to have this idea of what he thinks Johnny Blaze should be. Now his idea for Johnny Blaze may be right but Cage isn't the right man for the role.
yeah, i agree with you about that. cage is one of those type of actors where he's only as great as the script you give him. if you give him a cliche ridden garbage of a script, then he'll end up hamming it up big time. however, if you give him gold, then he can come off being brilliant.
