Plan your day write down a list of things you need to do Prioritize Put that list on your computer or places where you are most of the time Decide to all that you plan to do Tick off as you finish each task Reward yourself with a well done!! Yes, prioritize. Think what's urgent. What you simply must do. What you can do tomorrow. If you are working, everything goes around that, you do not have a lot of time. It is easier to plan. But you have to sit quietly and think. Then it will work. We all human and no one can do everything and perfectly. Just do not slack on everything. If it has to be done - go and do it.
